Spicy Baked Crispy Chicken Thighs- Better than KFC
This is a family favourite! I’ve noticed that fresh chicken thighs get a lot crispier than if you have to defrost chicken. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 246 degrees celsius (yes this hot)
  2. Spray grilling tray with olive oil and place seasoned chicken on the tray. If you do not having a grilling tray then line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Wash chicken thighs, and pat dry all moisture with a paper towel.
  4. Combine all spices and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle both sides with generous amount of the spice blend place them on a grilling or baking tray in a single layer
  6. Bake chicken thighs in the preheated oven starting at 246 degrees for the first 20 minutes then drop to 204 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake until skin is crispy, thighs are no longer pink at the bone, and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes.
  7. Let the chick rest for 8 minutes before serving.
